There is a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee which covers the cost of the application packet, training session and administrative costs.  In subsequent years, there is a $10.00 renewal fee.  The fee should be submitted with the application.  Cash, check or money order - payable to Riverview Intermediate Unit #6 - will be accepted as payment.
