The Division of Technology at Riverview Intermediate Unit provides a broad array of services to the service territory including professional development, distance learning opportunities, and guidance regarding emerging educational technologies.

The RIU6 Technology Consortium is comprised of members from the seventeen regional school districts and three career and technical centers.  This consortium provides a platform for school technology staff to share and discuss networking, filtering, legislative regulations and share best practices.

RIU6 provides E-Rate and strategic planning consultation services to schools to assure schools are maximizing reimbursement opportunities and meeting state/federal mandates.  The technology staff also offers assistance to schools
