Supervisors of Special Education –Permanent full-time (203 day) positions working with special education programs IU wide, available start of 2017-18 school year. These positions require PA Special Education Supervisor Certification (CSPG 91), or PA Single Area Supervisor (CSPG 95) and a Bachelors or Master's Degree in Special Education or related specialized certification. Candidates must meet all state certification (Chapter 49 and Act 48) and federally highly qualified (NCLB) requirements for the duties assigned. Experience working with students with disabilities and/or as a special education supervisor is preferred. Job description is available upon request. This is a non-bargaining unit position.
Social Worker – Full-time position location will be IU-wide, available start of 2017-18 school year. Position requires Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Physical requirements or limitation include but are not limited to assisting using CPI techniques during a crisis. The individual must possess the ability to: 1.) Plan and implement strategies to assist students in crisis, 2.) Conduct individuals and group counseling sessions for students with special needs & 3.) Develop positive relationship with students, families, schools and agencies. Individual must have proven successful experience in the above areas. Position also requires walking, standing, stooping, lifting approximately 20 pounds, with occasional lifting of equipment and materials weighing up to approximately 40 pounds. This is a bargaining unit position.

Riverview Intermediate Unit Emergency Substitute Teacher Consortium is interested in finding qualified personnel as guest teachers to replace regular classroom teachers during training sessions and/or leave time for the 2017-2018 school year.
To be considered you need to have:
- Proof of bachelors degree from an accredited U.S. college or university
- Current Act 34, Act 114 (fingerprinting) and Act 151 Clearances Required
