At the start of the 2013-14 school year, IU employees were given access to the Employee Portal. The portal includes a message center, pay history review, electronic timesheet entry, listing and balances of absences. The portal also allows staff to request changes in personnel information.
We are continuing to expand our use of this product and to reduce our expenses, as we look to include pay stubs on the Employee Portal.
As of July 1, 2014, RIU6 will be transitioning to an electronic pay stub process. We will no longer mail out pay stubs.
The link to the Employee Portal is located on the home page of the RIU6 website under Shortcuts. You are required to use a login and a password. The login is the first initial of your first name, first initial of your last name and the last four digits of your social security number. All of the letters and numbers are lower case with no spaces. The first time you visit the portal, your default password is the last four digits of your social security number. Once you are in the portal, you will be required to change the password.
